Moin Sylt in Westerland

The most enjoyable delivery experience this year! No less than 12 minutes after our call, we were sitting in front of steaming plates. And it was also super delicious! Big thank you!

So today we were for the second time with 3 people in Moin Sylt in Friedrichstrasse. Conclusion: we can only recommend it. As we were curious, we ordered a starter, rock shrimp on romaine lettuce with chilli majo and tüffrlponzu, to share. Then for the main course 1 × Friesian shashlik: dike lamb skewers (very tender) with fruity sauce, rice and farmer's salad and 2 × truffle spaghetti. The portions are very generous. The food is delicious and the price / performance ratio is definitely right. The very friendly and attentive staff should also be mentioned. The corona regulations are also observed. If we can travel again in March, we will definitely come back.

Very nice ambience. We were warmly welcomed by a gentleman at the entrance. The menu sounded very promising. Standard dishes with pizzazz. However, we were a bit disappointed with our burger. The ingredients didn't really harmonize with our taste. It wasn't ideally deterred. We heard something similar from the next table. The waiter who was responsible for our table couldn't keep up with the one at the front door. He spoke very indistinctly and only did what was absolutely necessary to operate. As an example, a phrase “you know?” Is the question of whether we already know what we want to eat. Everything could have been nicer and more personable.

Delicious bowl and good, quick service. However, I do not understand that all service personnel do not adhere to the mask rules and do not wear masks.

We like to eat well and often and well, but what we got here is a completely new dimension. The food was extremely tasty. I was downright sad when it was empty - which wasn't too fast given the portion size, which was great for the price. In addition, a first-class, friendly, attentive service. The open wines from brave young winegrowers from Rheinhessen are simply amazing. One of, if not THE best, place to eat in Westerland. Can you call a restaurant on the main street an insider tip? If so then this is absolutely one of them.

Great little café with good coffee and fine teas. Sparkling wine and wine are of good quality. The staff was super nice!

We visited the MOIN several times during our vacation and were thrilled every time! Whether for cake or in the evening with a glass of delicious Pinot Gris on the beautiful terrace, we were always able to enjoy friendly service. This restaurant is definitely to be recommended and an asset to Friedrichstrasse, keep it up!

Was there for the first time and loved it. Top service attentive. Since everything is freshly prepared and you want the food to be enjoyed, it can take a while between courses. Our dishes were very tasty, my cooking level was a bit higher but was immediately renewed. A tip: avoid the space right next to the toilet; it's not that great. To the team, maybe they can do something with Plexiglas there. Despite the limited space. There it pulls when the door opens and the toilet is near, that's the scream.

The food was fantastic. The service very attentive and friendly. The ambience is Nordic & modern. Everything is really right here. Thank you Moin Sylt team! We'll definitely be back.

Even if we didn't make it to the restaurant after 11 days on Sylt (unfortunately in terms of time), we were very enthusiastic about the enthusiasm of the service in the To Go area. Here you fully support the food, the concept and are more than just courteous. The truffle fries including truffle mayo are a good alternative to those of the Zanzibar (which is of course ahead in terms of location but is priced in different dimensions). So: an absolute tip! We will go to the restaurant the next time we visit the island! 😎

Moin also offers super friendly service in the ToGo area. Delicious and thick fries with lots of dips to choose from. After a bag you don't need to eat for a long time. The min noodles are also highly recommended. There are also drinks to go to quench your thirst. The whole day until 9 p.m.

Smooth 5 stars! A MUST when you are on Sylt! My wife and I had been there 2 times and we loved it across the board! Great ambience, excellent and extremely nice service. And the food 😍🤩 ... I have to say that I haven't had such a delicious risotto in a long time. Unfortunately it was only listed as a special, so it didn't exist the second time. Nonetheless, Top Top Top! We will definitely come back and recommend the Moin 150%. 👍🏾

What can you say. 5 🌟 really deserved. Whether in the afternoon for a snack of fries with truffle mayonnaise on the terrace. And if you really want to eat something, you are in the right place here. A small card but something for everyone. (Fish, meat and vegetables) Change requests no problem. The service always keeps an eye on the guests - always attentive and courteous. The furnishing is coherent, modern and made from one piece to feel good. The food is very good - there's a good one on the stove. Nothing was missing here, no spices or herbs. 👌

The food was delicious. That was definitely missing here on Friedrichstrasse. We had ordered the bowls and sushi. Was TOP. The restaurant is very chic. Here you can feast well. The service was very attentive too. Thank you. We'll definitely be back!

We were absolutely pleasantly surprised! Top restaurant with a great atmosphere and very nice service right in the center of Westerland! Very polite (which is not always the case on Sylt), personable & nimble !! The food was also extremely tasty;) We'll definitely be back!
